Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Dear Guests, please be aware that by continuing to view and using this website you are complying and will be bound by our stipulated terms and conditions of use should you continue onwards with a purchase. Hence, upon completion of an order the Customer hereby agrees to pay O FLWR the total amount set forth in the contract of sale. The contract of sale is dated and timed at the moment of sending the order email and the transaction is finalized when the receipt or ‘Alert Recipient by Email’ is received if not the contract is deemed null and void.

  • If you wish to deliver the flowers on the next day, orders and payments must be made and received before 5:00pm (Malaysian time – GMT +8.00) on the purchase day.
  • Standard delivery time: Monday – Saturday / 12pm – 5pm (if a desired time is stated, we will do our best to accommodate.)
  • Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders during high peak periods, public holidays and/or Sundays.
  • During High Peak periods such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and other special dates where flowers are in demand, please submit your order 5 days in advance to guarantee availability of products.


Please take note, delivery within Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar, Damansara, Shah Alam and Subang will not incur any additional fees. Should the delivery area be out of range, our customer representatives will be in touch to inform you the additional charges. The standard additional fee is MYR 50.00 unless stated otherwise.


  • Prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the rights to limit the availability of items inaccurately reflected in our websites as prices from local and international flower growers vary throughout the season.
  • In conjunction to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other festive seasons, prices of our flowers may be adjusted due to shortage in the market and our products may be adjusted accordingly with similar products or equal or greater value.


In the event that flowers or products are unavailable at the time of orders, O FLWR reserves the rights to replace/substitute them with products of similar or greater value to make up for the inconvenience.


FLWR practices a no-refund policy but in any event that the products are genuinely unsatisfactory, please provide supporting evidence in an email to sales@oflwr.com or contact our team at 03 7971 9679 stating the reasons for return. We will then be happy to replace the product for you at equal or greater value!

7. Gifts

The availability of the products may differ from time to time, might not be able to deliver if the order is last minute or urgent.


O FLWR will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product price(s), descriptions, shipping, delivery and other information on this website is true and correct. Nonetheless, O FLWR is unable to guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and makes no warranties or representations to its exactness. O FLWR will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of this website without limitation to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential loss or damage.

O FLWR may withdraw or alter prices and products and or details of products specifications without notice at its discretion. We also reserve the rights to alter the Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting onto our website. Therefore, we strongly advise that the terms and conditions should be read and understood thoroughly.
